Fully own accessibility across the entire company acting as the cross-functional expert driving the initiative.

1. Design and help develop accessible strategies, components, patterns, and best-practices in partnership with our Design Systems and Accessibility team ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

2. Serve as the primary accessibility expert and advocate, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

3. Working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate accessibility from the ground up.

4. Lead the design and development of green-field a11y features ensuring that all digital products are usable by people with diverse abilities.

5. Advocate for users with disabilities by incorporating their feedback and needs into the design and development process.
