I will begin the UX/UI Website Audit later this week and expect it to take 3 weeks.
The first week was spent doing a first impression, wholelistic evaluation identifying issues that immediate caught my attention, then I began to pull in my universal checklist of ux/ui items. The client also provided previous team member reviews that highlighted inconsistencies and areas for improvement. I worked to incorporate them.
The audit will evaluate the current website (including campaigns and landing pages) against best practices. Specifically, I will review the site analytics (GA), UI consistency, customer journeys, accessibility, and top performing pages. The deliverable will be a deck identifying issues and opportunities. The deck will include provide prioritized recommendations that we can discuss as a team and be categorized. These items will serve as our backlog for moving forward.
